Beware Fish Fraud

Here's an interesting article about "fish fraud". Stores and restaurants selling the consumer something other than what they are paying for. In NYC I am seeing a lot of fish being labeled as "organic" (there is no such thing) and recently saw a coho being sold as wild Alaskan sockeye. It's all a bit fishy...
