Fishes & Dishes took part in the 2010 Alaska Seafood Buffet for Wounded Warriors event this past friday. We served up Shrimp and Orzo Salad with Pesto, Roasted Tomatoes and Snow Peas (p 59) alongside the Alaskan fishing community to wounded vets and their families from Madigan Army Medical Center at Joint Base Lewis-McCord.
